【DAIZU’S NOTE】

This project involved creating an FF&E procurement plan for a father and his two sons, who were relocating from Japan to California, with the mother scheduled to join them later. Prior to the proposal, an online interview was conducted to gain a deeper understanding of their lifestyle and daily needs. Drawing on the family’s unique characteristics—the father being a surfer and the two sons, baseball players—the plan emphasized materials with originality, a light and relaxed design sensibility, and easy maintenance. Infused with a casual Californian style, the final proposal offered both comfort and individuality. The family expressed great satisfaction with the results.
