With a degree in architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a background in the solar energy and signage industries, Naruki brings both technical knowledge and hands-on experience to his role. At Daizu, he supports the construction team with permit coordination, documentation, and progress tracking, while also serving as a vital link between the architecture and accounting departments. Born in Chicago and raised in Yokohama, Japan from the age of two months, Naruki returned to the United States at sixteen. This bicultural upbringing, combined with his fluency in both English and Japanese, enables him to bridge communication gaps and approach challenges with a unique cross-cultural perspective.
