【DAIZU’S NOTE】

This project involved the renovation of a restaurant while keeping much of the existing structure intact, allowing us to minimize both construction time and cost. The atmosphere was refreshed through thoughtful design updates, complemented by the replacement of key kitchen equipment to improve functionality. The result is a renewed space that balances efficiency with a cohesive aesthetic, enhancing both the dining experience and the restaurant’s operations.
