【DAIZU’S NOTE】

For this full renovation of a 5-bedroom, 3-bath home, the client worked directly with an architect for the overall design and permitting. Our team collaborated closely with the client to select materials, coordinate interior details, and manage on-site construction. The first floor was transformed into an open-concept layout, with a new patio-door wall expanding the kitchen into a bright and spacious hub of the home.
Custom storage solutions were incorporated throughout to match the client's tidy lifestyle, including an entry shoe rack and a media closet with custom shelving for an audio system. Upstairs, the master bathroom was partially updated while keeping the original flooring, and the guest bathroom was reconfigured into an open walk-in shower.
Interior and exterior painting was also completed, bringing a cohesive and modern finish to the entire home.
