【DAIZU’S NOTE】

This project involved the renovation of a bathroom in a 1950s single-family home. During demolition, we discovered structural damage caused by long-term water intrusion due to a failed shower waterproofing system. Additional framing and subfloor repairs were coordinated before completing the remodel. The homeowner preferred a simple, understated design and chose to reuse the existing vanity and toilet to maintain both familiarity and cost-efficiency.
