We managed both TI construction and furniture installation for this office, creating a cohesive environment with a consistent color palette and atmosphere. Rather than conventional 2'x2' or 2'x4' troffer lights, we selected dimmable downlights to enhance the space’s ambiance—even complementing evening jazz. The result is a calm and inviting office, balancing functionality with a sophisticated, design-forward aesthetic. Every detail, from lighting to furniture layout, was carefully considered to reflect the client’s brand and provide a welcoming yet professional workspace.
