Chisato Hamasaki
Project Manager
Chisato spent ten years with Key International before its business operations transferred to Daizu on November 1, 2025. She began her career at well-established firms in both Japan and the U.S., where she contributed to housing research, large-scale retail concepts, and local architectural projects. These diverse experiences shaped her thoughtful, people-centered approach to creating meaningful environments. She is also a licensed architect in Japan.
With extensive experience in workspace design, Chisato believes that successful projects begin—and end—with attentive listening. She oversees every phase of the process with care, from space planning and material selection to furniture delivery, installation, and post-project support.
Known for her warm, open communication style, Chisato builds strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors throughout the U.S. By blending her architectural expertise with hands-on project experience, she creates workspaces that are efficient, comfortable, and collaborative—environments where everyone’s contributions are valued.
