Field Supervisor

Robert “Bob” Coddette was born in Guyana and came to the United States with his family in search of new opportunities. Early in his career, he met the founders of Daizu and Key International while working at the Japanese furniture manufacturer Itoki. Over the past 35 years with Key International, Bob has refined his expertise in furniture assembly and jobsite management throughout the Northeastern markets, earning the affectionate nickname “Bobgyver.” Inspired by the late-1980s icon MacGyver, the name reflects Bob’s remarkable ability to solve problems and bring even the most challenging installations together flawlessly.

Bob’s love for tinkering and his instinct for creative problem-solving ensure that every project is executed with precision when it matters most. As the final touchpoint on our installations, he takes great pride in making sure each customer’s new furniture is delivered, assembled, and finished exactly as promised.
