We carried out roof repairs to address water leakage.
Through a detailed investigation, including a water spray test, leaks were identified around the air conditioning installation area and at the joint between the tilt-up concrete wall and the roof.

To ensure an effective yet cost-conscious solution, polyurethane resin foam was applied in multiple layers to fill gaps and reinforce waterproofing. This approach created a durable condition that can be relied upon over the long term.

The completed work blends naturally with the surrounding materials while effectively preventing water intrusion.
