【DAIZU’S NOTE】

This project involved a renovation focused primarily on the dining area, reimagining the space to align with the restaurant’s renewed concept. The original yakiniku-style BBQ tables were carefully cleaned and reused, allowing the design to carry forward a sense of continuity. Even with the unique shape of the grill mesh, we were able to identify a compatible supplier, achieving both functionality and significant cost savings. With wine introduced as a key element of the new concept, the overall atmosphere was elevated into a chic and refined setting, designed to enrich the dining experience.
