建物屋上の雨漏り修繕工事を行いました。
散水テストを含む調査により、エアコン設置部分の周囲やTilt-upコンクリート壁と屋根の取り合い部分に漏水が確認されました。

修繕工事では、コストを抑えながらも効果的な施工を実現するため、ポリウレタン樹脂フォームを複数回に分けて充填・塗布。隙間を丁寧に埋めることで防水性能を高め、長期的に安心できる状態に仕上げました。

施工後は周辺部材にも自然に調和し、雨水の侵入を防ぐ仕上がりとなっています。
